Some of our most frequently ask questions answered...

How do I place my order?

We have many ways to order, you can order on our website, face to face, by email or via messages or even over the phone. Please feel free to browse our site, do your research, come in and see us or give us a call. We will be happy to advise with no obligation. Once you know exactly what you require, we will send a full quotation over to you by email for your approval.

What time do you open?

Our opening times are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4pm.  We do try to answer emails/messages out of these hours whenever possible.

Can I supply my own garment?

Yes, you are welcome to supply your garments, we can advise if they are suitable for print or embroidery. We can't guarantee our vinyl's will work as effectively with customer supplied garments, but we will always advise at the time of ordering.

What is your minimum order?

We don't have a minimum order for the majority of the garments we supply. 

Do you give discounts for bulk orders?

Yes we have a pricing structue to reward bulk ordering.

Do you charge a set-up fee?

We sometimes charge a set-up fee if we need to digitise your logo, this is a one-off charge and repeat orders do not incur this charge.

What format do you require my logo in?

Ideally, we need a vector file, this could be a .EPS or .PDF file or similar. We can work from other files, but these may need to be redrawn for a small charge.

How logo will my order take?

Our standard turnaround is 7-10 working days. This is from orders being approved and paid for. During busy periods this timescale can be longer, but we will always advise when ordering. 

When do I pay for my order?

We require full payment upfront for personalised orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bacs, Cash, Debit/Credit card, PayPal, Cheques are only accepted from clubs or organisations, please make payable to "Not Just T-Shirts"

Do you offer a delivery service?

Yes, we offer free UK mainland delivery for orders over £149 (exclusive of VAT) or £5.95 for orders below. Customers sending their own garments will be charged delivery at cost. Free delivery is only for garments supplied by Not Just T-Shirts.

Do you provide samples?

We have 100's of garments on display in our retail unit. You are welcome to come and have a look and try on before purchasing.

Can I try my garments on before they are decorated?

Yes, we always advise this whenever possible. Please ask when ordering and we can put a hold on your order to give you chance to try them on. We can also lend out popular styles if you live locally for other people to try on if they can't get in. (deposit required)

Do you sell T-Shirts?

Yes, we do along with around 5000+ garments, we are called "Not Just T-Shirts"!

Do you do car tax?
